📋 Description

•Develop and maintain a high-performance image processing system capable of processing up to terabytes of 3D images and raster images per day. Availability 24/7 •Implement algorithms and techniques to efficiently process and analyze images, including image segmentation, feature extraction, and object recognition •Develop tools and applications (back-end) to visualize and manipulate 3D images and point cloud data •Optimize processing speed and memory usage for maximum efficiency •Implement database management solutions to store and retrieve image data efficiently •Implement integration with embedded devices via gRPC protocol. •Collaborate with other team members, including microscope hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the image processing system with the overall workflow.

🎯 Requirements

•Extensive experience in C# programming language (.NET/.NET Core) •Strong understanding of performance optimization, image processing algorithms and techniques •Experience with 3D image processing, including point cloud data, mesh generation, and rendering •Experience with raster image processing and manipulation •Familiarity with image file formats, including TIFF, JPEG, and PNG •Knowledge of multithreading and parallel processing •Experience with SQL and large storage database management (MS SQL or PostgreSQL)
