📋 Description

• Define and maintain the product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives aligned with client strategy and customer needs • Own day-to-day product decisions that maximize customer and business ROI • Translate vision and strategy into a roadmap and prioritized backlog of epics and releases • Make product scope and trade-off decisions balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, budget, and timelines • Engage stakeholders, gather insights, refine product goals, and track product KPIs and customer feedback • Ensure backlog readiness and partner with Business Analysts to capture detailed requirements • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communicate product decisions across business, technology, and executive teams • Lead sprint reviews and demos • Oversee release planning and go-to-market readiness • Approve completed increments against the Definition of Done • Align with partners and operations and monitor post-launch adoption • Ensure legal, data privacy, and security requirements are met • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, resolve impediments, and escalate threats to timelines or value delivery • Integrate Agile practices and Lean principles into product development • Encourage experimentation, learning, and adaptation within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work without a main Product Owner • Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and teams • Ability to prepare reports for high management on project status, blockers, and risks • English at B2 level • Experience with UML, Jira, and Confluence • Experience with SQL Client or another SQL database • Experience with Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and ELK Stack • Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements • Proficiency in prototyping and business process modeling • Customer-centered approach to identifying user solutions • Analytical thinking and understanding of complex systems • Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration • Team-player orientation • Attention to detail and ability to develop detailed reports • AI-spec-driven capability: processing requirements and generating specifications with AI • Readiness to work from 9:00 to 18:00 CEST • Readiness to work from the corporate laptop
