📋 Description

• Preparation of risk reporting at the level of special funds as well as for investor meetings • Performing investment compliance reviews such as investment limit checks • Risk-oriented assessment of transactions (property and market analyses) • Conducting industry, tenant and financial statement analyses • Carrying out stress tests • Further development of reports and the systems used • Implementing new reports in the leading systems bison.box and SAP • Point of contact for fund managers, executive management and fund partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent additional qualification • Professional experience in risk management at banks or in the financial services sector is an advantage • Strong IT affinity; very good Excel skills • A high degree of assertiveness, independence, responsibility and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated with a structured approach to work • Very good German language skills • Confident manner when dealing with internal and external partners
