📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in digital marketing platforms and help develop strategies to increase client performance • Learn how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance • Set up and maintain client campaigns and budgets in ad platforms • Suggest and collaborate on digital projects to increase customer ROI • Analyze digital campaigns’ success and report on performance metrics • Communicate regularly with the client-facing team to collect assets and get approval for new campaign launches • Stay up to date with digital technology and marketing trends

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing • 1+ years of digital marketing experience • A high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving abilities • The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations • Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of those around you • Excellent organization with the ability to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments • Should reside within Metro Manila • Aren’t presently engaged with any company/client • Required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday • Ability to work scheduled hours starting at 6 pm PH time after onboarding
