📋 Description
• Implement established design concepts and standards • Lead and manage a talented team of stakeholders • Collaborate with Construction and Real Estate for design excellence • Manage projects from Schematic Design through project opening • Conduct reviews for code compliance and track project financials
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field. • Minimum of 4–6 years of related architectural, design, construction, or healthcare project management experience preferred. • Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit proficiency strongly preferred. • Experience with Smartsheets, CAD/CAFM software, and project management platforms preferred.
