📋 Description

• Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects • Train to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties • Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory • Maximize utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems • Provide case support and guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams using the da Vinci Surgical System • Lead technical product demonstrations and in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and other customers • Contribute to quarterly sales goals through demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings • Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events • Manage sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules using company software systems • Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience • Fluent in English and German is required • Ambition and strong work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Ability to travel up to 70% • Sales degree is a plus • After appropriate training, act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, as per legal requirement
