📋 Description

• Clinical Sales Manager（CSM）のもとでテクニカル面、クリニカル面、セールス面の知識を習得 • ダビンチ手術のテクニカル面およびセールス面のトレーニングを受け、担当エリアでのロボットプログラムの展開・拡充に従事 • 製品デモンストレーション、インサービストレーニング、営業活動を通じて、ダビンチサージカルシステム導入後の稼働率を最大化 • Technology Training PathwayとSurgeon journeyを説明 • オンサイトトレーニングとドライトレーニングを実施 • ダビンチサージカルシステムのセッティングおよび理論・概要習得のトレーニングを実施 • 外科医の初症例をClinical Sales Representative（CSR）と協力してサポート • 全診療科のTR100トレーニングを適宜サポート • 手術室スタッフや外科医等の顧客を対象とした技術的インサービスを主導 • デモンストレーション、インサービス、手術室への営業活動、カスタマーサポートトレーニングを通じてチームの四半期目標達成に貢献 • 営業・マーケティング開発をサポート・コーディネートし、担当エリアでのシステム認知と術式採用を促進 • 営業・症例報告、営業活動結果、経費精算、ISUオンラインモジュールなどの管理業務を実施

🎯 Requirements

• 学士号以上 • 最低１年間の営業経験、もしくは１年以上の医療従事者またはヘルスケア業界での経験があれば尚可 • 目標の設定と達成実績 • 熱意と確固とした労働倫理 • エナジーにあふれ、ペースの早い環境で活躍できる能力 • 優れた対人スキルと説得力のあるコミュニケーションスキル • チームの一員として効果的に業務を遂行する能力 • 必要に応じて出張、夜間および休日勤務が可能 • MS Office（Excel/Word/PPT）の基礎的な知識 • 日本語ネイティブないしN1相当レベル • 入社後、約6週間のJCASTプログラムを修了し、プログラム中のすべてのテストに合格すること • 将来的な転勤に対応可能 • 英語力があれば尚可（任意）
