📋 Description

• Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business • Train to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties • Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory • Support the region by maximizing utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems • Provide case support and guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams on use of the da Vinci Surgical System • Lead technical product demonstrations and in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and other customers • Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings • Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events • Manage sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules • Act as a Medical Device Consultant after appropriate training and provide guidance on proper handling of Intuitive medical devices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience • Fluent in English and local language as required • Ambition and strong work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Ability to travel up to 50% • Must complete appropriate training to act as a Medical Device Consultant in accordance with legal requirements
