• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in the assigned territory • Perform scheduled maintenance, system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products and associated equipment within designated timeframes • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation • Complete administrative duties, including spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, and expense reports • Maintain company-issued tooling, calibrated tool sets, vehicle, laptops, iPads, and other assets • Support Intuitive teams, including Sales trade shows, customer phone support, and hospital contact coordination • Provide feedback to headquarters and participate in continuous improvement projects • Complete required equipment, university, and professional development training • Maintain the assigned territory, customer relationships, system configurations, and customer contacts • Support customer training, events, and service contract renewals
• University or college degree in science or technical engineering, or equivalent • Alternatively, 2–4 years of equivalent work experience • Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English • Good interpersonal skills • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills • Knowledge of Operating Room protocol preferred • Track record of solid customer relationships with surgeons and hospital staff preferred • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution and region
