📋 Description

• Verify remote connections and system installations • Perform on-premise or cloud-based digital product installations • Configure servers, networks and services • Perform exceptional physical system installations when needed • Support digital feature activation of da Vinci systems • Provide technical support to customers and Intuitive employees • Perform maintenance inspections and upgrades/updates • Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive digital products and associated equipment failures • Maintain accurate configurations of the installed base • Support tradeshow activity • Provide remote support to Intuitive Field Engineers • Maintain documentation including Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations and complaint tickets • Address reported issues promptly to provide excellent customer support • Provide feedback to improve processes and efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4–7 years of field service experience, preferably with medical systems • Proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems • Good written and verbal communication skills • English and the language spoken in at least one of Italy or Spain, ideally both • Windows operating system and server system administration • Professional installation and wiring of PC hardware in multiple configurations • Proven administrative and record-keeping skills • Strong analysis, troubleshooting and debugging skills • Ability to work independently and purposefully from a remote setting • Effective self-management with moderate supervision • Ability to enter surgical and other patient care areas • Ability to travel up to 25%, including some short-notice travel • Able to lift 50 lbs
