📋 Description
• Serve as the lead recruiter supporting the establishment and growth of Intuitive’s new Malaysia site • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate, and Senior/Executive-level positions • Provide recruiting expertise, market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring best practices • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Leverage recruiting data, market trends, and talent insights to inform hiring strategies • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and compliance documentation • Partner across Talent Acquisition and broader People teams to implement scalable recruiting processes • Foster a collaborative and inclusive recruiting culture
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of end to end recruiting experience • Experience with full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for technical openings • Good working knowledge of systems and tools including electronic applicant tracking, database data management, and MS Office Suite • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
