• Plan and execute Intuitive product implementations on time, including Intuitive Hub, Intuitive Ion, and SimNow • Coordinate customer and Intuitive project team activities for new Hub and Ion installations, expansions, and upgrades • Validate customer and sales team prerequisites • Ensure implementation processes are followed, improved, or developed where missing • Ensure quality systems and project documentation are completed • Communicate project status, critical path, issues, risks, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders • Support customers’ clinical and IT teams in initiating, planning, scheduling, implementing, and closing projects on time and on budget • Assemble and organize multifunctional project teams, establish scope and schedules, assign tasks, and track completion • Report regularly to EU senior leadership on activities, project status, and implementation forecasts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Engineering, life science, or medical background preferred • 3–5 years of project management experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification preferred • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively coordinate multifunctional teams in a matrix environment • Demonstrated ability to drive task completion, hold team members accountable, and identify potential issues before they occur • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English • Spanish is an advantage • IT and network knowledge preferred • Prior knowledge of EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage • Working knowledge of clinical workflow in surgical procedures is an advantage • Willingness to travel less than 15%
