📋 Description

• Support the Wind operating fleet in all aspects of operations • Focus on in-field troubleshooting and return to service efforts • Partner with site teams to return turbines to service while training newer technicians • Travel within the US fleet to support Invenergy owned and third party contracted sites • Diagnose faults and repair equipment in a safe and efficient manner • Support pilot projects to evaluate new equipment, tools, and/or processes • Assist with managing deliverables and contractual obligations • Prepare and implement operating procedures which comply with company standards • Support High Voltage switching, as needed • Identify, document, and communicate opportunities for operational and quality improvements • Lead, assist and work alongside technicians in all aspects of their required job duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Accomplished and proven troubleshooter with a minimum of 2 years wind turbine experience • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather • Climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet) • Ability to move and manipulate up to 45 kg (100 pounds) • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
