📋 Description

• You categorize, prioritize and handle incoming service requests efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach • You analyze existing IT infrastructures and client environments to identify optimization opportunities • You provide remote support to our customers and are occasionally on-site (with prior notice) • You handle incidents, change requests and general inquiries — always with a high standard of quality • You create clear, practical documentation and guides for colleagues and customers • You lead and support IT projects — from planning and implementation to successful handover — both internally and at our international clients • You ensure structured project communication, coordinate involved teams, and ensure timely delivery • You grow with us — through new challenges, professional development, and active collaboration within the team • You use your creative freedom to contribute ideas and help further develop our services and project processes • You work independently and in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks and projects

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid knowledge and practical experience administering Windows client/server environments and cloud systems • You bring strong IT project management skills and know how to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects • You are not only interested in technical topics but also want to actively contribute to the further development of our products and INVENTRY's strategic direction • You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, enjoy diving into new topics, and continually pursue further development • Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer focus are among your strengths • You have successfully completed training as a Fachinformatiker (or an equivalent qualification) • You are a true team player and approach new challenges with enthusiasm • You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
