📋 Description

• Operate validator node, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure & operations • Ensure continuous operation of our Solana systems, perform updates • Monitoring and performance tuning • Ability to proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystem • Automate node deployment, operations via Ansible and Terraform • Collaborate with traders, to help them with infrastructure performance • Be involved in the communication with our partners • Be part of our on-call duty rotation • Learn, grow and peek beyond your current role

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks • Passion for blockchain & decentralization • Strong Linux skills and system engineering skills • Solana validator skills are very welcome • Fluency in English (Deutsch ist ein Plus) • Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture • Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience • Willingness to travel once in a while to meet the team in person and visit conferences
