📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead of a squad in a fintech; • Define solution architecture for the credit engine project; • Lead new platform implementations; • Develop backend solutions with high quality and scalability; • Provide technical leadership within an agile framework, promoting best practices; • Drive resolution of complex problems, including researching solutions and conducting technical validations with the team; • Develop Proofs of Concept (PoC) to validate software architectures; • Implement microservices and full components, including instrumentation and deployment to cloud environments (AWS); • Promote the use of AI tools to accelerate deliveries and increase team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Specialist in development using Node.js; • Experience in technical leadership in an agile environment; • Advanced experience in problem solving and validation of technical solutions; • Experience with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS (preferably NestJS); • Advanced experience with event-driven architecture; • Hands-on, advanced experience with AWS; • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; • Knowledge of design patterns and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS); • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality analysis (e.g., SonarQube); • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, among others); • Experience building and consuming REST APIs; • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform in development and production environments; • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Amazon SQS, and/or RabbitMQ); • Advanced experience using GitHub; • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; • Experience with AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, among others); • Experience with Java development (a plus); • Experience with Generative AI and autonomous agents (a plus).
