📋 Description

• Are you a master of pathogen assays eager to shape the future of AI? • Large‑scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into powerful engines of scientific discovery • With high‑quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can democratize world‑class education, enhance laboratory diagnostics, and accelerate infectious disease research worldwide • You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like PCR, qPCR, ELISA, lateral flow assays, antigen and antibody testing, sensitivity and specificity analysis, multiplexing, controls and standards, and assay troubleshooting • Documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning • On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world lab scenarios and theoretical assay design questions, verify factual accuracy and workflow logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

🎯 Requirements

• A PhD in microbiology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or a closely related life‑science field is ideal • Peer‑reviewed publications • Hands‑on experience with pathogen assay development or diagnostics • Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, or ISO standards is preferred • Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work” is essential
