📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft sourcing strategies • Engage and inspire candidates as their first point of contact • Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure a seamless experience • Qualify talent for skill, culture, and motivation using innovative screening methods • Build talent pipelines and monitor market trends and opportunities • Source candidates through LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, and social media • Collaborate with a US-based international recruiting team and hiring managers worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (technical and non-technical) • Proven success recruiting internationally for global organizations • Outstanding networking, sales, and negotiation skills • Hyper-organized, adaptable, and decisive • Excellent English communication at a C2 fluency level • Native-level Japanese fluency • Familiarity with cloud, IoT, AI, Boolean search, ATS, and Excel • Positive, persistent, and self-sufficient • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • Must be based in Japan
