📋 Description
• Lead the Data Conversion workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope • Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads • Assist in budgetary accountability for projects • Convert data for 4 or more workstreams and manage the transformation work across a project
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Workday data conversion experience and/or 4-6 years of industry experience using data transformation tools • Prior consulting experience required • Advanced Excel skills • SQL skills preferred • Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries • Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools preferred
