📋 Description

• Contribute to the design of a technical Business-as-Code and workflow orchestration platform • Lead end-to-end design initiatives across user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and implementation support • Improve the customer purchase journey • Identify friction across conversion funnels • Evolve a component library and design system • Collaborate with international clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles • Strong experience owning end-to-end product design initiatives • Proven experience conducting qualitative research, stakeholder interviews, and user interviews • Experience mapping user journeys, service experiences, or conversion funnels and translating findings into product decisions • Excellent visual design • Experience designing and maintaining component libraries or design systems • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, variables, and reusable patterns • Strong experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive products • C1 English level is required • Send your application and CV in English (mandatory) • Based in Latin America
