📋 Description

• Lead the effort to elevate IONA’s testing approach and develop its testing culture • Create and maintain automated test scripts for built applications • Set up and maintain automation test frameworks using appropriate technologies • Serve as an in-house thought leader and go-to person for testing • Share testing expertise and facilitate knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional growth • Work with the testing team on client projects and billable work • Define testing strategies and implement testing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in testing, including automation, manual, performance, security, and usability testing • Agency or e-commerce environment experience is a plus • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Experience leading testing teams • Experience defining testing strategies • Experience implementing testing best practices • Proficiency in test management software and QA methodologies • Knowledge of industry trends and technologies • Experience with or openness to Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, or new testing tools • Comfortable and enthusiastic working as part of an international team • Strong communication skills • Fluent in English • Preferably located in the Philippines
