📋 Description
• Work on and continuously improve IONITY’s Data Protection Management System • Advise internal stakeholders on GDPR and related requirements • Manage and continuously improve Data Protection processes and workflows • Conduct Data Protection vendor assessments • Manage personal data breaches • Act as the point of contact for Data Protection inquiries • Coordinate EU AI Act compliance for AI use cases
🎯 Requirements
• Studies in law or a comparable qualification • Comprehensive knowledge of the GDPR and other relevant laws • Several years of professional experience in Data Protection • Strong ability to assess both legal and technical implications of data processing • Basic understanding of IT security and relevant security standards • Proficient negotiation and communication skills in German and English
