IONITY is Europe's high-power charging network for electric vehicles, dedicated to making long-distance travel with electric vehicles the new normal. This enables drivers of current and future generations of electric vehicles, using the leading European charging standard CCS (Combined Charging System), to experience maximum charging speeds during their journeys. Each IONITY charging station typically consists of four charging points, and the company is committed to sustainability by providing 100% renewable energy at all charging stations. 📋 Description

• Analyse end-to-end processes across business functions and identify bottlenecks, manual work, control gaps, and improvement potential • Challenge existing ways of working and develop pragmatic future-state processes focused on simplicity, scalability, and measurable outcomes • Facilitate workshops and identify process improvement opportunities • Create and maintain process documentation using BPMN standards • Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code, AI, and other digital technologies • Translate business problems into practical solution concepts and validate them with users • Configure workflows, automations, digital assistants, and reporting solutions • Collaborate with IT, data teams, vendors, and implementation partners on enterprise solutions • Evaluate tools and technologies based on business value, usability, scalability, risk, and implementation effort • Plan and deliver small to medium-sized cross-functional projects through implementation and handover • Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies • Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives as a workstream lead or subject-matter expert • Support communication, training, and adoption of new processes and solutions • Establish process ownership, governance, and documentation • Collect feedback, monitor adoption, and continuously improve implemented solutions • Build relationships across functions and act as an implementation partner

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Process Management, Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis, automation, or project management • Proven experience implementing process improvements or digital solutions • Practical experience with at least one workflow automation, low-code, RPA, or AI platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP Build, UiPath, n8n, Make, or comparable • Experience creating proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or minimum viable solutions • Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation and communicate with business and technology stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects and deliver tangible results with limited supervision • Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or comparable field • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities • Structured and analytical problem-solving approach, curiosity, and implementation mindset • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken • Nice to have: experience with process mining or process intelligence tools such as Celonis or SAP Signavio • Nice to have: knowledge of APIs, data integration, SQL, or basic scripting • Nice to have: experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, or enterprise workflow environments • Nice to have: Lean Management or comparable continuous improvement training • Nice to have: experience in an international, fast-growing, or transformation-oriented organisation
