• Take ownership of and scale paid traffic channels (paid social, search, programmatic, influencers), with a strong focus on scaling, high-volume acquisition, reducing CAC and maximizing ROAS. • Lead the entire performance operation: planning, setup, daily optimization and quick diagnostics. • Run an aggressive creative testing pipeline, validating ideas quickly and discarding underperforming concepts. • Analyze campaign data in real time, turning metrics into insights and fast optimization decisions. • Work closely with data to find root causes, validate hypotheses and guide metric-driven decisions. • Lead mandatory weekly rituals: performance review, goal alignment and next steps. • Act as a cross-functional connector, ensuring clarity of priorities and efficient execution between Growth, Creative, PR and Social. • Identify operational bottlenecks and fix them immediately.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong expertise in scaling paid traffic campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and emerging channels. • Proven track record of driving acquisition, optimizing CAC and delivering high ROI. • Experience managing agencies or external vendors, with strong project and workflow management skills. • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance data and collaborate with analytics teams to inform decisions. • Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.
