📋 Description

• Identify effective strategies to attract and recruit Freelancer candidates • Create, prepare, and deliver informative presentations to potential Clients • Develop and track recruiting metrics and other relevant data • Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience • Negotiate pay rates and close Freelancer candidates in accordance with Client goals

🎯 Requirements

• Own PC or Laptop with Internet connection, and mobile phone to get started • Good recruitment experience in US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or Philippines job market • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
