📋 Description

• Identify and review publications containing psychometric evidence related to Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) • Extract and enter psychometric data into the COAA platform following established work instructions • Create, update, and maintain psychometric properties records • Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability • Support ongoing maintenance activities for client subscriptions and internal initiatives • Collaborate with COAA content teams and subject matter experts to resolve data issues and improve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, or a related field • Experience reviewing scientific literature and working with structured data • English fluency • Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), psychometrics, or outcomes research is mandatory • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent data quality and ability to interpret scientific publications • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
