📋 Description

• Analyze and implement data change requests (e.g. new fields or codifications) accurately and promptly • Support data harmonization projects to ensure consistency and standardization across the database • Work closely with other departments to ensure data needs are met and changes are effectively communicated • Ensure all data management activities comply with standard processes and policies, and meet project deadlines • Provide regularly report on project status and timelines • Being involved in the training session

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor decree • Experience in data management and change management, preferably in a healthcare setting • 2/3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Comfortable working with data with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, etc..) • Complete fluency in English and French Speaker • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments
