• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Norwegian market, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality • Classify, standardize, and organize product information according to company guidelines, hierarchies, and business rules • Identify and implement updates, corrections, and enhancements to existing reference files • Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and enrich database content • Investigate and resolve routine data issues and exceptions in a timely manner • Perform regular quality checks and apply corrective actions when necessary • Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and data management activities • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
• Fluent Norwegian and a good level of English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in data entry, database maintenance, data management, or a similar administrative role is highly valued • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines • Professional communication skills, both via email and phone • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
