📋 Description

• Participate in bid defense preparations and lead bid defense presentations with Business Development for multiple-service, multiple-country, and/or multi-regional studies • Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team • Lead the strategic planning and execution of clinical studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs, policies, and procedures while optimizing speed, quality, and cost • Set core project team objectives, communicate expectations, and assess performance • Collaborate with internal functional groups to achieve milestones and manage study issues and obstacles • Monitor progress against contracts and proactively prepare and present project information to internal and external stakeholders • Deliver and manage medium to large-sized, multiple, full-service, multi-regional studies • Proactively manage risks, contingencies, problems, and resolutions • Identify quality risks and issues and implement corrective and preventative action plans • Serve as the primary project contact and own relationships with key customer contacts • Build and lead cross-functional project teams and manage core-team collaboration and overall project delivery • Ensure project financial success, forecast opportunities to accelerate activities, and bring revenue forward • Identify scope changes and manage the change-control process • Communicate lessons learned and best practices to promote continuous improvement • Support corporate initiatives and act as a change advocate • Provide input on project team members’ performance and support staff development • Mentor less experienced project team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field • Greater than 7 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years of project management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good command of the English language • Strong negotiation and customer management skills • Experience supporting oncology trials is highly appreciated • Ability to lead through others and deliver results to quality and timeline metrics • Experience monitoring and managing performance and providing feedback • Experience partnering cross-functionally and with customers • Good understanding of project financials, including contractual obligations and implications • CV must be submitted in English • Submitted information and credentials must be truthful and complete
