📋 Description

• Strategically develop and deliver decentralized clinical trial studies in line with contracts while optimizing speed, quality and cost • Ensure consistent use of study tools and training materials and compliance with system updates, processes, policies and procedures • Provide DCT project oversight and serve as the customer contact, owning relationships with key customer contacts • Set objectives for the DCT project team, communicate and assess performance, and provide feedback and leadership • Collaborate with functional groups and core study teams to prepare integrated study management plans, support milestones and manage issues and obstacles • Monitor progress against contract and proactively prepare and present project information to internal and external stakeholders • Supervise problem-solving and resolution efforts, including risk, contingency and issue management • Develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate risks • Identify and manage quality risks and issues and implement corrective and preventative action plans • Ensure project financial success through optimal resource management and assignment to achieve goals and profitability • Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities, milestones and revenue • Identify scope changes and manage change control, including securing customer agreement to financial and milestone updates • Identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement • Participate in bid defense preparations and lead presentations for fully virtual studies or as part of integrated hybrid DCT teams • Adopt corporate initiatives and serve as a change advocate • Provide input on project team members' performance, support staff development and mentor less experienced team members • Educate and train teams and partners on DCT processes, capabilities and organizational structure • Collaborate with IQVIA business development representatives • Participate in executive committees as part of program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field required • 5 years relevant clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Advanced knowledge of and experience implementing Project Management methodologies, ideally within the clinical research space • Broad knowledge of decentralized clinical trials (DCT), including current challenges and opportunities to improve clinical trial delivery • Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines • Broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic knowledge desired • Good command of English language • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation and customer management skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work through others to deliver results, monitor/manage performance and provide feedback • Planning, time management and prioritization skills • Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work strategically toward project goals • Attention to detail, accuracy, results-oriented approach, learning agility and openness to learning • Good software and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients • Excellent customer service, mentoring and training skills • Ability to work across geographies with awareness and understanding of cultural differences • Understanding of IQVIA functions and their inter-relationship with Project Leadership • Understanding of project financials, including financial management and contractual obligations/implications
