📋 Description

• Together with the Product Owner and colleagues in the development team, you take our software solutions to the next level • You design and develop software solutions and processes using .NET and Java together with your teammates, applying the appropriate frameworks and technologies • These can include complex backend and, where applicable, frontend components in .NET, as well as web applications, web services, or automation solutions to support our business processes or customer requirements • You analyze existing software solutions, evolve them sustainably, and improve maintainability, stability, and performance • You take responsibility for the technical design and further development of our software architecture and contribute to technology and design decisions • You support colleagues in quality assurance by applying test-driven development principles • You contribute your own ideas to optimize our processes

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable IT qualification • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development • Familiarity with common .NET / .NET Core / .NET Framework technologies, including an understanding of the CLR and garbage collection • Optional: Experience with Java and web frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, XML/XSLT, REST, TypeScript, JavaScript • Basic knowledge of working with databases and SQL • Familiarity with build and CI processes and version control tools; knowledge of test automation methods and working with container technologies is also desirable • Good knowledge of object-oriented software development, clean code principles, and common design patterns • Experience developing and consuming web APIs and interfaces (e.g., REST, SOAP) • An agile mindset and enthusiasm for trying new technologies and expanding your skillset • Very good and fluent German skills (B2 to C1) are required; good English skills are advantageous
