📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of the Recare Agent. • Lead architecture decisions and roadmap execution. • Support the team through mentoring and code reviews. • Drive reliability, performance and security in agent workflows. • Develop and deploy frontend systems with React and TypeScript. • Work closely with Product, Design and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React • Ability to build complex, stateful UIs with asynchronous or streaming interactions • Solid fundamentals in CI/CD and test frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) • Strong focus on deep engineering topics • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a remote-first environment • Familiarity with security and data protection/privacy topics
