📋 Description

• Engage stakeholders regarding delivery and manage client expectations on delivery timelines and progress • Receive and manage market requests (tickets) • Manage the production team (Content Authors, QAs), including assigning tasks and coordinating activities • Guide and provide technical support to the production team • Lead daily stand-up meetings • Manage workflow, triage tickets, and liaise with enabling teams • Manage and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams • Provide weekly status reports and attend weekly status calls • Track project progress and report status to stakeholders • Analyse L2 scope and review Content Matrix and Market Input, supporting the market with queries • Manage sprints and create backlogs • Communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, blockers, and issues • Track projects and manage dashboards • Own project and team activities within the Supplier’s scope
