📋 Description

• Develop and monitor treatment plans • Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources • Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time • Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Active LICSW license in New Hampshire or LCSW / LPC license in Pennsylvania required • Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours. • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+ • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
