📋 Description

• Coordinar las tareas del equipo • Gestionar la relación con el key user del cliente • Organizar el trabajo diario del equipo • Actuar como punto de referencia interno • Ser el interlocutor principal frente al cliente en asuntos operativos • Colaborar en un proyecto en Madrid

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia de más de 6 años en un rol similar • Experiencia previa liderando o coordinando equipos • Experiencia en gestión de clientes o interlocutores clave • Capacidad de organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo • Habilidades de comunicación claras, tanto internas como con cliente • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos complejos, con múltiples interlocutores y prioridades cambiantes • Proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas • Será valorable contar con experiencia y/o conocimientos en Gestión de Identidades (IAM) • Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés
