📋 Description

• Colaborar en un importante proyecto de larga duración en el sector bancario • Desempeñar funciones de Product Owner Funcional para soluciones de Reporting & Analytics • Definir dashboards, KPIs operativos y casos de uso analíticos • Gestionar stakeholders en entornos Agile, incluyendo Scrum y Kanban • Trabajar con entornos SaaS Assisted Channels y plataformas Omnichannel CSE

🎯 Requirements

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares • 5-7 años de experiencia como Product Owner Funcional en soluciones de Reporting & Analytics • Experiencia en entornos SaaS Assisted Channels y plataformas Omnichannel CSE • Conocimiento nivel medio en Contact Center y Branch (Sucursales) • Manejo funcional de Jira y nivel básico de Confluence • Definición de dashboards, KPIs operativos y casos de uso analíticos • Experiencia en entornos Agile (Scrum, Kanban) y gestión de stakeholders • Nivel de inglés C1
