📋 Description

• own the connection between business needs and technology outcomes • partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR to define real business needs • translate field and customer pain points into practical system solutions • define a clear technology roadmap tied to growth, utilization, and EBITDA • eliminate duplicate systems, manual work, and data fragmentation • design tools that are simple and fast for branch and field teams • maintain infrastructure, cloud environment, and system uptime • ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in IT leadership roles in industrial services, rental, construction, or asset-heavy environments • experience with systems such as RentalMan, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar • proven success integrating systems across multi-site operations • strong understanding of field operations, fleet management, and service workflows
