• Lead Ironclad’s nationwide environmental, health, and safety programs • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, EPA, and state regulations • Build a strong safety culture and manage transportation compliance • Support operational excellence across all locations • Oversee audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards • Manage fleet safety programs using telematics and driver coaching • Oversee vehicle titling, registration, and fleet recordkeeping • Provide EHS expertise during M&A activities • Lead training and professional development for leadership teams
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in multi-site operations • In-depth knowledge of federal and state safety, environmental, and transportation regulations • Proven track record in fleet safety, insurance strategy, and telematics technologies • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive culture change • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
