• Engage with B2B clients to understand their business requirements and marketing objectives. • Assess, design, and implement effective AI-enabled marketing operations strategies. • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes. • Provide hands-on expertise in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Marketo and Salesforce.com to meet and exceed client goals. • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance. • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Marketo to support business decision making. • Conduct comprehensive audits of current marketing operations to identify gaps and areas for improvement. • Conduct training sessions for client teams on Salesforce.com and Marketo best practices.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing operations role, with a focus on B2B clients. • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (+ HubSpot ideally) • Marketo MCA certification is required. • Salesforce.com certification is highly preferred. • Working knowledge of Demandbase and/or Clay is preferred. • Experience using AI for marketing operations and demand generation using Claude, Clay, ZoomInfo GTM studio, and allGood is desired. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Prior agency or client-facing consulting experience preferred
