• Drive key financial processes: Lead the oversight of pre-close financials, make corrective adjustments, and take charge of preparing forecasts for both Opex and Capex to ensure planning accuracy. • Collaborate and deliver insights: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders while providing comprehensive monthly flash reporting and insightful analysis to enhance understanding and aid decision-making. • Ensure compliance and manage risk: Conduct in-depth risk analysis, provide recommendations for necessary business process changes to address financial misstatement risks, and ensure consistent data sets to support reporting tools.
• More than eight years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience in similar roles. • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and advanced proficiency in Excel. • Proven ability in strategic thinking and leadership, with experience leading or mentoring junior team members. • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • A professional certification, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is preferred.
