• Lead complex, multi-region lifecycle management for benefit plans, including new vendor implementations, annual open enrollments, critical plan renewals, and high-tier employee escalation resolution • Drive vendor accountability to established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements • Oversee the regional benefits billing ecosystem and purchase order setup • Monitor changing statutory landscapes and establish compliance obligations for regional benefit and paid time off programs • Lead regional readiness initiatives to ensure data is audit-ready • Author localized benefit communications • Partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources leaders • Synthesize demographic and utilization data into analytics for executive dashboards • Serve as a regional benefits Subject Matter Expert integrating global corporate consistency with local relevance • Support operational workflows, vendor governance, and the employee experience
• 5 to 7+ years of extensive and proven experience managing uninsurable benefits across LATAM • Specific experience in Colombia and Chile; experience in México, Argentina, Peru and Brazil is a great differential • Strong knowledge of aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and intricate benefit plan documents • Practical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow platforms • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills within a matrixed global multinational environment • Innovative mindset dedicated to digital transformation and process automation • Ability to manage competing high-stakes priorities • Fluent English • Proficiency in Spanish • Portuguese is highly advantageous • Submit your CV in English
