📋 Description

• Execute and ensure accurate payroll and salary processing • Record all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information • Handle reporting and certification obligations and maintain master data • Implement salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes • Produce reports and support monthly and annual closings • Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing • Solid knowledge of employment, social security and tax law • Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office • Strong communication skills, reliability and a team-oriented attitude
