📋 Description

• Country controlling: Responsibility for one or more country subsidiaries, including forecasting, budgeting and performance analyses • Monthly reporting: Consolidation and analysis of monthly results, development of KPIs, presentation to the CFO and Group Management • Business partnering: Act as a sparring partner for country and site managers on financial and operational issues • Transformation program: Active participation in the group-wide performance and efficiency program, including PMO support • Process improvement: Support standardization, reporting automation and the implementation of digital tools (including Lucanet, BI and ERP environments) • Preparation of presentations for shareholders and banks • Special projects: Independent and supported design and implementation of change projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance/controlling or a comparable qualification • Initial or extended professional experience in controlling, ideally in a multi-site or service environment • Strong numerical and analytical skills and a structured working approach • Strong communication skills in German and English – confident in exchanges up to executive management level • Enjoys change, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality
