• Manage the lifecycle of normative documents (policies, standards, procedures), ensuring control, updates and publication in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). • Administer approval flows and authorization levels, ensuring governance and traceability of decisions. • Ensure document management processes comply with internal requirements, regulatory obligations and SOX controls. • Provide support for and respond to internal and external audits, preparing evidence, monitoring non-conformities and action plans. • Map, model and update organizational processes using tools such as Blueworks Live and Visio. • Develop flowcharts and supporting materials to standardize and communicate processes. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and follow-up on results. • Lead or support cross-functional projects, including corporate demands originating from the parent company. • Facilitate workshops and interactions with multidisciplinary teams for process redesign and improvement. • Promote continuous improvement practices and agile methodologies within the organization. • Act as an interface with internal areas (IT, Compliance, Controllership, among others) to advance systems and processes. • Prepare technical specifications for contracting specialized services when necessary. • Communicate and make documents and processes available to the entire organization, ensuring transparency and access to information.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields • Strong knowledge of process mapping • Knowledge of document management (policies, procedures and work instructions) • Experience with audits (internal and external – ISO, SOX) • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, BPMN)
