📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating iSchool’s educational offerings. • Handle incoming inquiries through various platforms, providing in-depth information about courses and services. • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and maintain a proactive approach in managing customer relationships. • Conduct personalized consultations to help parents understand the benefits of our programs and make informed decisions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system. • Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team. • Collaborate with the team to develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Saudi Nationality with residence in Saudi Arabia. • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field, ideally within the education or technology sectors. • Strong proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone. • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. • Familiarity with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes. • Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
