📋 Description

• Responsible for the successful execution of projects in all of the regional territory through effective supervision of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents and Superintendents. • Participate in the development and execution of annual plans and forecasting. • Conduct annual performance reviews for staff assigned and provide salary increases/promotions/bonus input to Regional Manager or Vice President. • Oversee projects from Purchasing Phase until Final Completion and ensure timely payments in line with contracts. • Review purchasing process, vendor selections and oversee Outsource procurement. Execute customer contracts within signing limitations. • Maintain relationship through weekly jobsite visits with customer and PM. Ensure Quality, Customer satisfaction, Timeliness and Cost control of all projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management • 5-8 years’ experience in a commercial construction management position • Requires practical knowledge of commercial construction methods and application of principles • Track record of success • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Strong accounting skills
