📋 Description
• Own and manage performance, health, and evolution of the shared consulting organization • Ensure client engagements meet or exceed 5-Star experience standards • Lead overall health and performance of the consulting organization • Manage key delivery metrics, including utilization and client satisfaction • Build and support consultant development and engagement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in professional services or consulting • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams • Strong understanding of project delivery models and operational dynamics • Experience modernizing service delivery including applying AI • Hands-on leadership style fostering accountability and collaboration • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with business acumen
