📋 Description

• Coordinate and support Investment Review Board meetings and governance activities • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and action item tracking • Maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures, and repositories • Support investment oversight and portfolio governance processes • Facilitate stakeholder coordination and executive communications • Develop governance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics • Maintain SharePoint sites and document management systems • Assist with governance process improvements and training activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal governance, portfolio management, or executive operations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools • Experience supporting executive boards or governance councils preferred • Preferred Qualifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies
