📋 Description
• Answer inbound calls in both Spanish and English, primarily during after-hours and overflow periods • Take accurate messages and relay them to relevant client contacts • Handle basic caller enquiries and provide accurate service information where appropriate • Follow client-specific escalation and on-call procedures for urgent matters • Document all interactions according to client protocols • Maintain a calm, professional, and helpful demeanour during urgent or emotionally charged situations • Support healthcare, home-care, and property-management clients, adapting communication style to each • Serve as the first point of contact for callers outside normal business hours
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or answering-service role preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in message-taking and documentation • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent or sensitive calls • Fixed fibre internet line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds • Wired Ethernet connection capability • Reliable solar, inverter, or UPS power backup for internet and workstation • Availability Monday to Friday, 15:00–00:00 South African time, subject to daylight-saving changes • Willingness to work on South African and U.S. public holidays
