• Previous experience in recruiting, lead sourcing, or talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare is a strong plus. • Excellent verbal and written English communication. • Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven. • Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with potential candidates. • Friendly, pleasant, and persuasive — able to “sell” the opportunity effectively. • Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups. • Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook. • Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS.
